BMCE Bank International is wholly owned by BMCE International Holdings Plc, a financial holding company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Established to ensure proper management independence from the Bank’s parent company, the holding company is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Banque Marocaine du Commerce Exterieur (BMCE).
