Our Financial Advisory practice provides advice in connection with a wide range of strategic and financial matters of importance to our clients. The practice grew from BMCE Bank International’s acquisition of Pall Mall Capital SAS in July 2008, a corporate finance boutique specialising in transactions in French-speaking African countries.

MediCapital Finance's objective is to expand our business by fostering long-term, senior-level relationships with existing and new clients as their independent advisor on strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other financial matters.
Since our inception, our focus has been on:

As a result, our Financial Advisory practice today consists of an experienced group of advisors with specialties across a wide range of industries and practice areas. We are operating with increased quality and frequency of client contact.
We are especially involved in two industries, real estate and healthcare. In real estate we specialise in outsourcing and refinancing of dedicated real estate properties to convert buildings into financial products. In healthcare we deal with private hospitals, nursing homes and pharmaceutical companies.
